The interview is very easy, they ask if you have worked in a similar environment before then discuss time availability. Then the manager told me he will call me back later and let me know. I got called within the hour and set a training time.

Easy & simple, project confidence and competence. Taco Bell literally hires anyone. I interviewed a few people myself before I left, and they pretty much went the same way. You'll be fine as long as you don't like, literally loose confidence during the interview. And even that may not disqualify you tbh.
