Entrevista
First I was screened by phone. I was told to expect a call from an area manager. Had a second phone interview with an area manager. Was scheduled for an interview with a general manager who was not there. Had another interview with a general manager. Sent to yet another interview with an area coach. Went to yet another interview with an area coach. Very confusing interview process - HR continued to follow up consistently area managers seemed to not know what was going on.

Entrevista
3 interview rounds. They themselves have no idea about the date and time they have scheduled the interviews. Bad internal communication. Points that make come as a shocker.
- HR would give time and date for video calls but the assign person would call few days after on a odd time.
- Assign person suppose to video call would call will give a regular voice call and don't even listen half of the time. ( Working himself, I suppose in a crowded environment)
- operations manager would no even look at you while taking the interview. Kills the positive vibes.
- Miss out major communications internally and try to slid it on you.
- offer you a low salary and position to check if you agree while being blunt.
- don't look at special qualities are focused on experience and just experience in terms of years and not knowledge.
They all were really polite and I have no personal grudges but this behaviour show how you treat your internal customers lower to your level. Please fix top level management atlest in operations before expending outlets.

I was reminded again and again in the interview process that I've taken a month gap like it's a taboo and some how the gap is bigger than my half a decade of experience. ( which for me is a necessary break that all should take in their life)

Entrevista
Very simple. First started with a telephone interview with a recruiter. She asked basic question on work history and what motivates you as a person. If everything goes well she will set you up with an Area Coach for a face to face. This face to face is very similar to the phone interview maybe a little more in depth on why you would want to work for Taco Bell.
Next I had a small panel interview with the Area Coach, his boss, and two other RGMs. Very easy. Finally I did a job preview where I spent four hours in a store going over operations and shadowing an RGM.
