It was pretty quick. The district manager and the general manager both interviewed me. They made it quick and painless. They both sat across from me in the lobby of one of the stores and conducted the interview. They even offered me food and a free drink to break the ice.

The interview was very easy, it was a casual chat with two managers. I got offered the job on the spot. It didn't feel overwhelming and the questions were easy enough.

Entrevista
Easy and straightforward hiring process.. if you say no to donating to kbp cares they will not hire you. Pay is about 16.50 an hour.. just be yourself, act confident. Follow up with how do you feel about me
Really smooth process from start to finish. You get to know the managers and the company alot through the process. Training was very simple and straight forward to go through and all trainers were really knowledgeable.
