Phone screening then in person interview. Interviewed by a panel of people (lead engineers of each team), asked about my experience, asked technical questions regarding C++. Pretty normal structure, but was a bit condescending.

First was an initial call from the HR rep and then a conference call with one of the leads. Not very hard interview, but I did not come prepared as I thought they would be discussing my resume and projects. It was understandable that I did not get a job, but they did not even give me courtesy of letting me know that they will not be moving forward with me.
