Really great interview. Made me feel welcome and at ease. The way they made it a friendly conversation went a long way. I was given enough time to provide full answers, and was asked more questions from my answers so it became a natural conversation in parts. I was also prompted when I got tongue tied or gave a disjointed answer when I didn't understand the question fully, I was very grateful for this. The chief exec was genuine, down to earth, and friendly which was refreshing (not intimidating as some CEO's can be!), I was offered the role but sadly declined after receiving another offer and found it very difficult to decide- I regret my decision as I know they would have been a fantastic team to work for.
