Horrible candidate experience and terrible communication. I was scouted by their recruiter on Indeed, I applied immediately and replied with questions regarding the role. No reply on Indeed for 5 days, so I emailed the recruiter and still no reply for another 5 days until after I emailed a second time. She finally set up a quick phone interview that ended positively in her stating she would schedule a follow up interview with hiring managers in a few days. I hear nothing for a week, email her again, no reply, email AGAIN after 5 days because I saw my application and the position were closed out with no follow up. The position was then reposted so I applied again and emailed to notify the recruiter. She finally emailed back saying the expectations for the position had changed and that she couldn't recall exactly what I'd said in the first interview regarding my experience. I replied reiterating my experience in depth, and she responded ambiguously repeating that the expectations had changed. She never formally declined me, I had to reach out multiple times to get responses, she moved the goal post after me leaving the first interview feeling like I was moving forward, dragged me along for over a month, and has still yet to reply to my last email weeks ago. It must be difficult to fill positions on an HR team when this recruiter is your first impression.
