I had a phone interview with the general hiring manager, did the personality, numerical and logic tests and then got an interview with one of the founding members of the company. Unfortunately, I did not get the job in the end but the hiring manager gave me feedback and points on how I could improve.

The whole process has been incredibly easy and the Tailify team have been helpful, approachable and efficient. A member of the recruitment team contacted me within a day of applying to schedule a phone interview, which was friendly, informal and interesting. I was then asked to complete a logic test and a personality test, so they could gain more insight into me than simply from my CV. Then, I was invited to a face-to-face interview.
