Phone interview at first, which was supposed to be a brief 30 minute chat, but the person on the phone was so engaged and genuine in their interest to know more about me, and so was I in the company, that we spent an hour chatting away. I was then sent a technical test, which I completed and sent back for evaluation. When I was invited to an on site interview, I had different team members interview me, and it felt like talking to old friends - everyone was super positive, the interview questions weren't the typical clichè once you'd normally get, but genuine, challenging and interesting to think about.
