The recruitment process could have been handled more efficiently. The HR team did not appear to thoroughly review the candidate's profile before arranging a physical interview, resulting in the candidate having to travel to the office unnecessarily. Within less than 15 minutes of the interview, the Hiring Manager informed the candidate that the profile did not match the job requirements. A more comprehensive screening process prior to scheduling the interview would have been appreciated and would have saved both the candidate's and interviewer's time.

Simple, two interviews, first with manager, second with HR. Convenient experience, talking about experience and CV in detail. Very structured process and no traps. Overall a really smooth process with friendly people.

They reached out to me and after I phone interview I was offered an interview in person, which is the last step. If you pass the in person interview and they think you are a good candidate for the position, then they offer you the job.
