The process is rigid and the HR in charge made mistakes scheduling, which even forgot to send the interview link.
Be more detail-oriented while contacting candidates.
They ask people to do tons of stuff before interview and don´t give feedback for them for improving, as known as it´s an internship but I at least spent 8 hours preparing and building up to make better results.:)Be more flexible and result-driven.
As every tech firm shall bear in mind, be agile. And weirdly stick to solely one platform and not count on results makes me also felt the atmosphere in the company is short-sighted and shallow.
Be more insight-driven when hiring people thinking in long term.
