they called and don't consider my experience on my own project, expected 3year experience and was offering 6LPA which a 3 year experience guy will reject on spot. Companies like this expect high experience that to organization experience only and offer less package and later keep whining about skill deficit in candidates, HR need to me more open about skills and projects all they look at is experience and eliminate candidates not even giving them chance are they capable of role or not such a pathetic system.
