The Interview Process was very easy I would say. At least much better than so many other companies. I found a requirement here at Glassdoor Jobs itself. I reviewed the JD and applied online. Got in touch with HR. She was very quiet, compose, and very helpful during the entire process. The process started with a Telephonic Interview. Successfully done. Next was an In-Person Interview in New Delhi. The office environment was really very nice. They gave me a question paper which was having some set of questions to determine the thought process, approach and to check how would I react or behave in some particular situations. I loved writing the answers to all of them. (I was very specific while answering the questions) Later, after successfully completing and getting shortlisted after that written round was the In-Person round with the Founder. The Founder was so friendly(Kind of). It didn't seem like an interview. She was more interested to know my strategies and plans to generate more revenue for the company (And I was prepared for it as I did my research well). It was really a great experience at this company.
