I had a phone interview with corporate recruiter, followed by an onsite interview with the hiring managers. Standard interview process, not too long. I received an offer later that week.

Easy going, everyone had good attitudes, conversation was easy, laid back. 3 rounds of interviews and got an offer back fairly quickly. For the most part felt like a stress free conversation

I am opening this by clarifying I am not looking for a job but I never turn down potential opportunitues. I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn and we had a brief conversation and the position sounded interesting so i moved on to the next step. They asked me to take a timed cognitive and behavioral assessment. That's right folks, in 2022...THAT happened. That was the first red flag. I moved onto the next round based on my answers to interview with hiring manager (VP). She changed the title to Communications Director during interview and admitted they advertised as L&D director. 2nd red flag. I asked is this a replacement and she proceeded to be forthright that it was a messy situation with previous person gone as well as 2 of the 4 person team. 3rd red flag. I asked what will this person need to do to be successful at talentlaunch. She said that the CEO will frequently come in and usurp all you are working on and make you change direction bc "its his company" so get used to it. I asked if he doesnt trust the people he hired and I got a vague and fumbling answer. 4th red flag. Next step was I would hear from someone the following week to interview with COO if I moved on, and tgat someone will connect with me. I never heard from anyone ever again. I was recently curious what happened 3 months later and saw that the recruiter who solicited me got a new job with another company. lol. 5th red flag. It's a no from me dog. steer clear.
