Firstly there was a quick screening interview with an HR person. During this interview, the company has been presented well and several checks have been made. Second online interview was a technical one after which I have been invited onsite for a full day interview which was well organized and complemented with team lunch. That helped to pass all other interview steps, speak with employees get familiar with an environment.
The company pays a lot of attention to cultural fit. Acquaintance with company values would help a lot to understand whether its the right place for one. In my case, it corresponded to my personal values.
