Applied for job in November, got contacted in late January. Two rounds, first with hiring manager, second interview presenting an assignment to hiring manager + colleague. Both went really well, got on so well with the manager. There would have been a third and final interview, but the company decided to put the role on hold - after several interviews, time and resource spent on creating presentations, waiting for a reply for 2,5 weeks, got the message: "Due to the ongoing organisational design work within the business, we’ve made the decision to move in a different direction and, as a result, have placed this role on hold for now." From a no-reply address no less, signed off from the "Talent Acquisition Team". Stellar candidate experience there from a mature company.
