Old school and a waste of time. They asked the normal stuff what I knew about the company and services that talk talk offered. They also asked about when I was customer focused and they wanted it in a STAR format. The main waste of time was around did I know what JSON standards for, what methods can be used in REST, which is more secure SOAP or REST these are things people can Google, the main thing is I can use them and are using them 🙄 They also went through each of my roles in the CV asking why I left and for what reason and asked why I went from senior analyst to just analyst. (It's because I don't care about titles but the roles I'm applying for) Not a deal breaker but something a bit ohhhh is that they use Microsoft Teams. Something that isn't professional is that only 1 of the interviewers had their cams on.

Boring and dull. They repeat the same questions continuously but just re-worded. The blonde woman who interviewed me was very rude and cold. When I asked what they enjoy about the job they could barely conjure up an answer, so that says it all.
