The process consist of a screening motivation/cv, than recruiter interview and than 3 more interviews. I got invited last minute via whatsapp to the first interview, which lasted insanely long and was far beyond a recruiter interview in terms of questions. There we a lot of technical questions, to mark a check list. At the same time, I didn't get the feeling the recruiter understood the job she was hiring for, more technical questions for her didn't get a good respond. The feedback I received in the weekend was not applicable. "We had so many good candidates others have more experience, thank you.." The reviews on glassdoor are way to positive. I don't think they know what they want as a new team member. Talking to a potential candidate for a jr. position and claiming so much of his time, while you want more experience in the end sounds like the jr salary position for a medior role.
