The entire interview process is very smooth, first round with HR and the hiring manger, 2nd round with a fellow in the marketing team together with the hiring manger, 3rd round meeting with the Sales director, CEO. The interview process made me genuinely experienced that I am appreciated not only as a working professional but also as a person and I felt it will be a very fun and interesting team to work with. I also had an amazing pre and onboarding experience after I excepted the offer, people in the company are generally very empathetic, yet professional, we are hard-workers, but also know the importance of taking a break, enjoying life, spending time with our friends and family. It is so far my best interview, pre and onboarding process ever.
