They sent me an interview link and I took a few hours to schedule my interview and before I could do that, they sent an another email rejecting me. Unorganized and stupid

Trivial and unusual math quiz at the start to stroke the ego of the ceo. Then an assessment was given and two remote interviews (one behavioral and one technical). After that there was an in person final two part round. Pretty typical. The math questions were irrelevant and were completely unnecessary. Salary offered was pretty low so felt like a complete waste of time.
