I went through a phone screen to enter into their talent network, not even interviewing for their company- and Jessica Krichevsky made such a great impression that I really wanted to share. I'm about 99% sure that this isn't even the right place to give this feedback, but hey! Only live once,right? Interviewing can be scary, especially when you aren't used to it. All the jobs I've had have been through friends or coworkers who have vetted for me. I started my job hunt recently and have had some pretty cold and odd phone screens. ( I'll take half the credit for that, I'm used to facilitating them- not being the one on the other end) and I was so relieved that his wasn't another awkward 20 minutes with someone trying to place you in random industries. I was so comfortable right off the bat. No matter what comes out of it, I was just really pleasantly surprised! Thank you!
