They took 4 months to invite me to an interview. I went and I found the interview panel to be nice and friendly and a good mix of questions. They told me they would be calling people with the outcome but ghosted me. Found a voicemail 4 weeks later saying hello just phoning to give you feedback. Tried to call back and the phone was off. Poor HR and recruitment process and really not fair to leave people in the dark like that. Really unprofessional.

Entrevista
One stage face-to-face interview process held at their main office in Ashton-Under-Lyne. The interview had 3 panelist onboard. There was a requirement for a 10 minute presentation to be done, followed by 5 mins of questioning on the presentation. The rest of the interview is then based on behavioural and technical competency questions which should be answered using the STAR technique.
