Bad Communication, Awful overall. Step 1 - Fill the form with some behavioral and experience based questions. Step 2 - If selected they would invite you for 15 mins behavioral interview with CEO. Interview was very vague and CEO didn't seem prepared still I got through next round. Step 3- Technical 45 mins, They cancelled twice during the interview scheduled time, no communication prior to it and only they informed when I already had spent 10 mins in the waiting room and I mailed then they rescheduled it and again on the rescheduled day they cancelled it 5 mins before the interview without any reason. I would not like to work for such a company who doesn't value time and can't communicate.

Entrevista
I was invited for an in-person interview during my first phone interview with the hiring manager. The interview was at Tanga's HQ in Chandler, and it was rather informal. There were some traditional questions about my CV, strengths and weaknesses, but mostly it was a conversation about the role in the past, the outlook for the role in the future, company's prospects, and so on. I was asked to provide 5 of the most recent professional references and to estimate how they will rank me on the scale from 0 to 10. We then discussed why. This was probably the most important stage of the selection process, because I know that the manager personally called or emailed every person on the list I provided. At the end of the interview, he walked me through the office.

Entrevista
Replied to online posting for position. Emailed back within a couple days. Asked to come in for face-to-face interview and submit portfolio samples. First interview was just a basic get to know about me, see my work, learn about the company. Told I would be contacted again if interested. Called a couple days later for a second interview. Discussed the role and what was needed on a daily basis and the future growth. Offered the position and accepted. Shortly after, discussed via email salary negotiation.

Put on spot to draw for position in front of CEO and CMO. Felt a bit odd but used more as an ice-breaker tactic as the next question asked was when I wanted to start.
