Thanks for taking the time to share your opinion. We are unhappy to hear your dissatisfaction after the interview with us. We will consider your feedback to help us improve our recruiting process but also would like to share a few thoughts and objective data about your comments.
We like to convey the interviews in an informal atmosphere, as this is part of our DNA and the vibe you can feel at the office. Maybe that can feel a bit unprofessional sometimes. We apologise if that’s the case. But there are some topics that we always cover with all candidates, such as salary expectations and benefits.
On the other hand, It’s hard to remember all past experiences form our candidates when you are handling many open positions. Sorry about that.
Regarding the feedback, we always make sure that everyone gets acknowledgement on their application status but for some reason we failed with you. We apologise and let you know that we are already reviewing our recruitment process to avoid this happening again in the future.
