This is the first time I am letting a review for an interview I just wanted to let know people that so far it was the worst interview I had in my entire life. In may 2017 I was looking for a Senior Designer opportunities in London and after a call with a recruiter I got an interview at Tangent (London) The interview start really well they asked me many questions based on interest and skills (basics) I presented my works and experience and at this point I don't know what happened but they start to play Good cops and Bad cops... One of the CTO was testing my knowledge and I was really happy to share my ideations and process about my work (basics) In the other hand the other person in the room was trying to put my feeling down by asking in an aggressive way over and over the same question at some point I felt like I was being interrogated by a police officer. Before I reached this interview I had already 4 others offers on the table. I went there because I am a curious person and and I really wanted to get know those people. My advice : The basics of an interview is to make people feel comfortable and exiting about joining you and sharing they experience. We are already stressing out before reaching an interview and we make all the way to your office for good reason!
