Clear and straightforward. The questions were the usual introductory and competency theme. It was a video call which we are all used to by now die to the pandemic. Overall a positive experience.

A reasonably casual process, requiring a 10-minute test to begin with, followed by a conversation surrounding the company and the position. However, received no feedback from the employer or who was interviewing me.

Entrevista
The interview occurs in 2 stages. An aptitude test measuring ability to follow information followed by informal chat with the recruitment officer. I was then invited for another interview with senior management where I did a presentation demonstrating my ability to sell a product.
