There were 4 round of interviews i have to pass. First one was problem solving lasted for 1 hr, than technical one also for 1 hour and the final round was behavioral lasted for 30 min. The interviewers were quite nice and kindly and they let you know the correct answers if you answered anything wrong.

The initial interview with the recruiter/hiring manager went well, and I moved on to the second "introductory" interview. Didn't get to talk much about myself, as the interviewer did most of the talking and only asked me a couple of questions. Felt like I didn't get to advocate for myself or talk about my qualifications unless I wanted to be rude and cut off the interviewer. Still, seemed to go pretty well, and they said they would be in touch about the next steps. I sent thank you follow-up emails and didn't hear back. Followed up a week later and still never heard back. Stop ghosting applicants who take time to interview with you!! This is a horrible "trend" across hiring teams and is a terrible reflection of the company's management and governance. If you are not moving on with someone's application, follow up and let them know. I knew I was underqualified for this position, so I wasn't the most confident that they would extend an offer, but if you interview a candidate, have the decency to let them know if you are not moving forward with their application.
