Disorganized, drawn-out. I arrived and they told me the main person I was supposed to interview with was late that day, stuck in traffic. So, they had me interview with a bunch of other people until the main interviewer arrived. That person spent about 15 minutes with me at most. After the interview, they kept me hanging saying I was their lead candidate but that there were organizational changes happening. Ultimately, they had new leadership for marketing who pulled the req. for which I was being considered.
