I was quickly contacted by a recruiter, who arranged a phone interview. I had 2 phone interviews in advance of my face-to-face meetings with 5 people, which occurred on two different days. My recruiter arranged the schedule, so the meetings were all adjacent, and she made sure I was comfortable from the moment of my arrival through my departure. I ultimately requested an additional meeting with the person who would become my direct supervisor, and that was arranged without difficulty.
