Phone screen then a 60 minute zoom interview. Gentlemen came onto the screen stuffing a sandwich onto his mouth. I waited for him to finish it for two minutes. Lost interest. Made me feel like I had ruined lunch time for the guy. Didn’t move onto next phase.

4 stage interview process. Every interviewer expected me to be able to explain the company history/product. More rigorous interview process than other internships because there seems to be more customer interaction.

Having been directly approached for a role communication was initially good. Had interview with internal recruiter which wasn't overly professional. Promised transparency and swift response and despite requesting this after waiting some time, either positive or negative, Im still waiting for something, anything...
Remember, a candidate's experience of a business starts at the recruitment process and if it isnt good, you may lose them. They may not be right now but perhaps in the future they may well be.
People are not objects, they deserve to be treated professionally and respectfully, regardless of the outcome.
