Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Tanium (Denver, CO) em nov. de 2019
Entrevista
The process is extensive, including multiple phone screenings and homework assignments involving troubleshooting and configuring the product. The people I engaged with were courteous and professional. As a result of the homework assignments. I felt comfortable that the technology works. Unfortunately, because the process was so lengthy (over 2 months, 3 homework assignments and 6 phone screenings) I received 2 other offer letters before Tanium personnel could approve/authorize another body. But overall, it was a good experience with good people- just not exactly "expeditious". Were it just a bit faster, they would have had me because I was treated so well and the tech actually works.

Install and configure the product, creating at least one "sensor" (I made 3) on at least 1 OS (I did 3).
3 interviews with different TAM's. Initial phone screen with recruiter as well. I love how they had actual TAM's interviewing because they gave a lot of insight and info on the role/intern program during the interviews.

Interview was choppy and unprofessional. Initail screener was in the car and traveling, parking while talking with me. Was distracted and not focused on task at hand. Slow to respond and was not upfront with the decision tree. When a technical panel was finally scheduled there was no guidence on how to proceed.
