In house recruiter called and setup the interview. I could not find time to research the company because I was very busy at my day job fighting sev1 issues. She offered to reschedule but I was afraid I would not be able to reschedule again.

Entrevista
I had a recruiter call to discuss background and potential fit, followed by a 30 minute hiring manager interview, then was scheduled for 2 technical interviews that eventually got cancelled because the role was filled. The process was very disorganized from start to finish.

2 behavioral interviews, followed by a couple of technical interviews. Technical interviews were LC style questions. Need to prepare some project anecdotes and reasons why you want to work there for the behaviorals.

Asked about previous projects and anecdotes, some LC style questions for technicals.
Generally very nice and friendly staff.
Very bad communication.
Did really well in the interviews and enjoyed interviewing with the engineers, however, got ghosted after the final technical interview, even didn't get any replies after emailing my recruiters.
