The Interview process provided a reliable view on the transparent and mature way of conducting business at Tanium. I had a great relationship with the internal recruiter who'd go above and beyond to help. The leadership personas I met were extremely friendly and professional. I ended up choosing an alternative option due to personal reasons but recommend to speak with Tanium to anyone who looks for a rapid growing, dynamic tech business.

Multiple rounds but good for getting a feel for the organization! Great learning opportunity for a beginner in sales for outreach and learning form field sellers that can teach you one of the most complex sales cycles that there is.
I did three interviews and each one was extremely positive. My interviewers were very kind and helped me gain a better understanding of the role and company. The recruiter was also very supportive throughout the entire process.

Entrevista
I had a positive experience throughout. The recruiters and interviewers were friendly and genuinely wanted to learn more about me and my experience. However, it was three or four rounds of interviews and the process took four weeks. For an SDR Role, I wish it was a shorter interview process but their warmth made up for it.
