Bumpy. Recruiter said it would take 2-4 weeks, but I was interviewing with them for 6. Recruiter also stated it was going to be 4 rounds during our initial screening. I had 6 levels, which included a 45 minute presentation that they threw in unexpectedly. I received consistent positive feedback throughout the interview journey, but was declined candidacy. No feedback was given as to why I was declined.
