HR contacted me and asked for a first round of interviews. I appeared and the interview started with a project discussion, then moved to encoder-decoder transformer architecture. The interviewer was impatient and did not allow me to explain my answers. At the very least, one should have the patience to listen to the other person. If, in the middle of my explanation, you start sharing your own knowledge or cross questions, it is not appropriate and mostly reflects the company culture as well. I am not surprised after seeing their reviews on Glassdoor. With this type of culture, you will not achieve anything.
