telephonic interview.I was called from head office and was asked some questions. I was referred to the management by one of my batchmate who was working there. It was a sudden call and was completely unprepared for it. The telephone interview was of almost fifteen minutes and I was given a joining date and the interview.

Referals or interview through application. Junior levels are selected by Project Head or above and for Senior position the final decision is taken by CMD, there are directly site recruitment also for particular projects but its upto Assistant Engineer Level. For senior level the experience and exposure to similar industry or the required project matters a lot but the entire process is very homely.
