Overall fast, I spoke with the recruiter over the phone before she scheduled an on-site interview with two of the managers. I met with the team a week later and received an offer letter the following week.

A recruiter contacted me. We had a phone screen, then a phone interview with the project team. I turned down another offer (literally an offer, not just an opportunity) to pursue this role with Tantus. I felt the interview was positive. However, not only did I not receive any feedback, but the recruiter failed to respond to two separate follow-up emails for which I had requested a status update. It was easily the most unprofessional recruiter behavior I have encountered. You reached out to me, so follow through and close the loop like a professional. One of many examples why most people hate recruiters.
