I found the job posting on craigslist and applied by e-mail with a cover letter and resume. They got back to me fairly quickly and we did an initial phone interview which was fairly short and to the point. After the initial interview there was a follow up phone interview with the lead developer where a technical evaluation was performed. After the second interview I went in for an in person interview with the owner and was briefly introduced to the rest of the team. I heard back with in a day or two and was extended an offer.
