Even though it was only 3 rounds (2 phone calls and 1 in person visit) I ended up speaking with the Tapad recruiter for over 2 months before finally getting an answer on whether or not I was getting the role. The only reason they got back to me at that point was because I told them I had another offer (which I ended up accepting), and they told me they still hadn't made a decision to hire anyone yet. I think it's unacceptable to make candidates wait weeks between interviews (and weeks after the final interview) without any communication. The whole process was extremely unorganized.
