Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Tapcart (Santa Monica, CA) em mar. de 2019
Entrevista
Phone screening, followed by two onsite interviews. I only completed one onsite interview. The first onsite consisted of a group interview where I presented code I had written, followed by a live “pair-programming” assessment.

Asked to build a weather app that displayed data from a third party api. The app included a setting up a text field, a collection view and making a network call. This was supposedly a pair programming session. Instead of being collaborative, I sat with a developer who consistently mentioned how much time I had left (over four times during the hour), questioned why I was looking at documentation (although I was allowed to), blurted out clear mistakes (like a missed paranethis) before I had the opportunity to fix them and overall made the experience a nerve wracking one.
Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 3 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Tapcart (Los Angeles, CA).
Entrevista
First step in the process was a phone screen with the Engineering manager followed by a phone screen with the Senior iOS Engineer.
From there it became a three step process where first I did a panel interview with two iOS Engineers and Product Manger which involved introductions, a mix of iOS specific questions and behavioral questions, and two system design style questions. The second step involved a take home test to build out an iOS app where the third and final step was another panel interview with just the iOS Engineers to discuss the test submission as well as one final system design style question.
