Had multiple calls and got to the final stage interview and then didn’t hear back at all. I emailed twice thinking as a final stage interviewee they would at least give me feedback or have the cutesy to tell me I didn’t get it but they just completely stopped replying

I first had a call with the recruiter, then followed two interviews with different members on the team. Day or two later received verbal offer. Whole process took about 2-3 weeks.

Fair and Straightforward, I had 3 total appointments. Over the phone with HR, 1 with direct reports, and the last with VP of department. Everyone was very friendly. Follow up was quick. Offer was competitive.
