Phone screen and a Microsoft teams panel interview. The panel interview was only STAR interview questions and the Phone screen was just a simple screening. The process took only 2 weeks.

Panel interview with 3-4 people. One of them rudely jumped off halfway through the interview. Answered all questions adequately and thought it went well however I never heard anything back from them. Reached out to the recruiter who was supposed to get in touch with the hiring manager, then never heard anything again and saw position had been reposted. VERY unprofessional.
