Candidatei-me de outra forma. O processo levou 6 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Tapjoy (Londres, Inglaterra) em fev. de 2021
Entrevista
It started with general initial phone screen, then got a take home exercise. After submission, there are 4 rounds of interviews through video calls. One includes code review of the take home project and the rest is mostly chatting with some basic engineering culture questions.

Applied on their website and got contacted by a recruiter not long after. A typical recruiter phone screen followed, and I was scheduled for a technical phone screen not long after. This technical phone screen was with the manager of the team in question, and I'm not always sure what to expect when it comes to a "technical" manager interview. Most of the time it is experience related questions, or questions relevant to the job. But this time it was neither, it was a coding question. I was asked to implement merge sort. Yes, plain merge sort. I don't think the manager quite grasped the ridiculousness of asking someone who is more than a decade removed from school to implement merge sort. Let's ask the question that is least related to any real-world experience I have? Anyhow, I wasn't able to finish, because as a real-world engineer, I don't re-invent the wheel on a daily basis.
I didn't hear back after the interview and I'm not happy that I wasted my time on this.

Contacted over LinkedIn by Armada, great communication from them throughout. Had an initial phone screening which was pretty basic with slight technical questions, nothing to detailed. Was invited for an on-site shortly after. The on-site was half-day with a couple different groups of folks, ending with a "white-board talk" I lead for 25 minutes with Q & A. Overall pretty standard interview questions, some fun ones mixed in. Great people, friendly and professional, everyone was very open about the solutions to problems. Was contacted shortly after with positive feedback and a follow up phone discussion. Overall a great interview experience!
