It was a group interview process. You go around introducing yourself and then there's a few rounds of questions where you'd be asked relating to team work, previous work experience, dealing with difficult people etc.

Involved and relaxed, had to do an improv like group interview where you must pitch a sale of a random store item to the entire group, so it was somewhat nerveracking.

very easy, just smile, act confident and be friendly. Was a group interview but they also do 1 on 1 interview depending on the store. Was called and informed of successful interview
