I did a virtual interview where you had to record your responses and send them in. The questions we're easy and customer service based. The position was for seasonal as thats the best time to apply. I then got a call a week later to come into orientation and then moved forward from there

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
