They asked multiple questions about past work experiences. They used the STAR method. That was followed by a lot of explanation of job duties. They were very friendly and not intimidating.

After applying I was offered a virtual interview. The process was very simple, standard questions and allowed multiple attempts. Was offered the position the next day. Took around 30 minutes.
