I applied online, and within 2 hours of submitting my online application, I received a phone call, asking me to come in for a interview the next day at 9am. Spent all night reading these post found here at Glassdoor, and practicing my answers. (Thanks Glassdoor) I arrived to the store 5 mins early, was greeted and sent upstairs, where I waited with 3 other applicants, they gave us a Skills Test, that was mainly figuring out totals, percentages, averages and some math skills. Kinda easy, but still made you think a bit. We were called in 1 by 1, into two separate rooms and interviewed twice. Questions were as expected (found on Glassdoor): Why did you choose to work for Target was always the first question by both interviewers. Situation when you had to team up with a person to get the job done. How you dealt with a problem you had no idea how to solve. When you were frustrated with someone, how you dealt with it. And about 6 other questions dealing with past experiences. After the interviews, I was taken to another office where I was offered the job. Price was set already, $8.75/per hour, and told me it would be a week to ten days before i start work as they needed to get the background check back, and then they told me to take a drug test within 24hrs.

Very easy, was sent an email to a link that had interview question that u had to record myself answering it. Got a call back the day of or the next day. Can’t remember exactly. But very easy for the position I applied as I’m guessing it’s cause it’s a higher turn over position.
