The interview was quite simple. It consisted of basic behavioral questions. However, they do prioritize juniors in their decision process, so please keep this in mind and save your time if you don't meet this requirement. The interview itself was decent. HOWEVER, the Target recruiter herself needs to be replaced. I was told that I would receive an email from her after the interview within a week to update me on my status. She NEVER emailed me, and I had to learn that I was declined the position from another friend who got an email about the second interview. A couple days later, I went on my target careers account and saw the status was "no longer being considered for the position." I'm very frustrated that they did not clearly let me know what was going on with the interview process.

Process took pretty long with wait time for next interview — about 1 1/2 months.. but other than that, interviews were easy and chill. I believe they only accept juniors and seniors in college.
