Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Target (Albany, CA) em out. de 2010
Entrevista
First contacted by a college recruiter who set up the interview process. There were two rounds, the first one was with the Executive Team Leader of that store branch. It was a pretty good interview. mostly behavioral questions and resume walk through. What they really want to see is your drive and leadership skills. It doesn't really matter if you don't have experience, but that you show that you can be an effective leader. Every one who works at Target is extreme nice which goes with their "Fast, Fun,Friendly" motto. so just remember to be personable in your interview process.
However the 2nd round interview had a very different tone. The director of the branch was much more serious, had hard hitting questions. More about your background experience. He was a bit rude to be honest. Was 1 hour late to the interview and stopped mid way to be on the phone ..

Got the interview from a career fair. Met with one person who handled hiring and had a great conversation and had one other phone interview. Asked me relevant questions and I was excited about the role

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
