I submitted an application in store at their hiring kiosk and got a call back the next day. Originally I had applied to work seasonally for the Christmas/winter break season but I ended up staying there for about a year and a half because I enjoyed it. The interview was with one manager for about 15 minutes and was not too intense. No drug test or any kind of quiz etc.

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
fairly simple the interview process includes an online application, possible assessment, and an in-store interview focused on customer service and availability, followed by a conditional offer, background check, and orientation
