Entrevista
First phone interview. Personality test ( very difficult) covering basic IQ and common sense skills. Then in person interview. Asked basic questions and they are very hard to figure out on the spot. Very difficult for non prepared individuals. Must be articulate and communicate well with others. If you make it past the phone interview you are on the right track.
In my experience, I had one Phone interview with a recruiter who I spoke to several times coordinating and preparing for two Zoom interviews completed virtually with managers you will likely work with in your role.

multiple rounds of phone interviews and video calls. Questions centered around behavioral and situational. Interview at all levels with managers from store to regional level. questions were not hard but do require a lot of thinking and planned responses.
